Helped get ASP out the door within 9 months of the acquisition of Aspect Software Engineering and multiple additional ASP releases leading to ASP.NET. Chief Technology Officer for a Microsoft Solutions Partner company that started focused on consulting for businesses in real estate, agriculture, and education as well as government. Helped grow the company and create new products including dbWeb and iBasic. Both products were sufficiently interesting to Microsoft that Aspect was acquired by Microsoft in early 1996.

Project Leader for multiple enterprise software custom solutions. Solutions included a member management and Flexible Spending Account system. Helped create software solutions for new subsidiary businesses and improve the productivity of existing business processes using technology.

Migrated the accounting departments systems during a sensitive sale of the company. Also designed enhancements for and maintained mission critical circulation and distribution systems.
