The software developer designs, develops, and maintains code for the company's proprietary career management system, supplemental applications,and infrastructure that our web application. Developer will work closely with immediate development team and the systems architect.
The ideal candidate for the position is an expert in Ruby onRails and/or other Web 2.0 related technology, and has at least three to fiveyears in Web development. A Bachelor's degree or advanced degree incomputer science, computer engineering, or mathematics is preferred but not required. Preferred experience in enterprise software development, object-orientedprogramming HTML & JavaScript,and SQL skills.
