I love that I can make an impact on a company the size of IKON! As someone who mainly supports IKON’s internal customers, I have daily opportunities to change IKON for the better and make a real difference. For instance, I was given the opportunity to manage a special team to create aftermarket contracts for new equipment placements in a more timely and accurate way. Plus, we met our activation deadline every month throughout the year. It was fantastic to be a part of something so innovative and prove that you can accomplish great things by thinking outside the box.

In my current role, I support both external and internal customers including managers, supervisors and on-site team members. One of my greatest success stories occurred early on in my career and has helped lay the foundation for how I interact with individuals today.



I was working in San Francisco when I had to move to San Diego for personal reasons. I took a position as a Site Manager and was made aware that my customer had extremely high expectations of service. As it turns out, the job was challenging and a defining moment in my career. Now, three years and three promotions later, I am their favorite vendor! The fact that I was able to prove myself, and my skills, to a client and earn their respect and trust is the greatest accomplishment.
